Anyone can become a member of the Order Sons of Italy in America and a member of the Newton Lodge.
Once enrolled every member receives access to the Members Lodge during normal business hours as we'll as a copy of a monthly newsletter

The Members Lounge is open Monday 11:00AM to 6:00 PM , Tuesday -Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 and Sunday 12:00pm to 7:00PM. Only Osia members are allowed to use the members lounge.

Members in good standings may invite guests. Guests are limited to three visits per month, prior to enrolling as a Regular or Social Member.

Beverages served in the lounge  include an assortment of domestic and imported beer, wine, liqueurs ,cocktails, Italian drinks and sodas - all are discounted member rate.

For entertainment  there are large HD flat screen TV's with access to the most sportchannels and RAI the Italian channel, a full regulation pool table, shuffle board table, wireless interenet, Italian and American cards ( for Tre Sette /Scopa /Briscola /Gin /Scala 40 /ect ) and a full service kitchen.

Smoking is allowed in the members lounge only.

More important as a fraternal Order, the lounge offers a place to relax and socialize with fellow members.

All members of the Newton Lodge  also receive National and State benefits, as mentioned below.

National Benefits:
Free print and online subscription to Italian America magazine, members- only access to the National website, discounts on wireless products and services, travel, health & wellness services, genealogy research, language instruction,insurance, culinary products and more.

There are four types of membership for the Order Sons of Italy in America.

Regular Members:
Men and women who can trace their, or the spouse's Italian lineage. They can participate in meetings, vote and hold office.

Regular Membership is $75 annually. plus a $10 application fee.

Social Member:
Individuals who are not of Italian descent. They can attend meetings and voice opinions. But can't vote.

Social Membership is $75 annually. $10 application fee.
 
Senior Members:
Sixty Five plus years of age with 25 years continuos service $33 dollars , They can do everything a regular member can do.

New Members are innitiated during our monthly meetings held on the third Tuesday of each month, starting at 7:30PM.
